Since my life is so crazy/busy right now, I don't have time for detailed reviews. I like to use literature as a bridge to other subjects, math is no exception. Here are some picture books to make math more interesting.
A Place for Zero: A Math Adventure by Angline Sparagna LoPresti
Math Potatoes: Mind-stretching Brain Food by Greg Tang. This author has a whole series of math books. Not crazy about the first math puzzle in this book, so I would skip it. The rest are fine.
Math For All Seasons (Scholastic Bookshelf) by Greg Tang.
The Hershey's Milk Chocolate Bar Fractions Book by Jerry Pallotta. Check out other books by this author.
The Hershey's Kisses Subtraction Book by Jerry Pallotta. There are other books in this series.
Apple Fractions by Jerry Pallotta
The M&M's Brand Counting Book by Barbara Barbieri McGrath. Other math books by this author.
What's Your Angle, Pythagoras? A Math Adventure by Julie Ellis. The author has another book, but it is not available in our library. Pythagoras and the Ratios: A Math Adventure
Sir Cumference and All the King's Tens: A Math Adventure by Cindy Neuschwander. This is part of a series of books.
Sir Cumference and the Sword in the Cone by Cindy Neuschwander
Sir Cumference and the Isle of Immeter (Math Adventures) by Cindy Newuschwander
Sir Cumference: And the Great Knight of Angleland by Cindy Neuschwander
Sir Cumference and the First Round Table (A Math Adventure) by Cindy Neuschwander
Sir Cumference and the Dragon of Pi (A Math Adventure) by Cindy Neuschwander
My One Book by Jane Belk Moncure. Ideal for preschool. This is the first in a series. My Two Book, etc.

Grammar Galore
Updating here with a few additions.
I want to post this on my other blog coolbooks4kids2read.blogspot.com as well (At least the intention is there). It's always a "dangerous" thing for me to follow the "customers who bought this item also bought" or on the library site "you may also like". I find more and more books. Some of these series you may have already heard about, but others are developed along the same idea. Still others are always adding more. They combine literature with grammar, phonics, etc. This provides an alternative to the usual workbook method. Also I may not have all the books listed by the author or series, so you will have to do a little homework research. These are not in alphabetical order. Because of time, I don't offer any reviews. I will be updating as we find more.
The Vowel Family: A Tale of Lost Letters by Sally M. Walker
Silent Letters Loud and Clear by Robin Pulver.
Punctuation Takes a Vacation by Robin Pulver
Merry-Go-Round (World of Language) by Ruth Heller.
The Girl's Like Spaghetti: Why, You Can't Manage without Apostrophes! by Lynne Truss (author of Eats, Shoots and Leaves: Why Commas Really Do Make a Difference!)
Eats, Shoots & Leaves: Why, Commas Really Do Make a Difference! by Lynne Truss
Twenty-Odd Ducks: Why, every punctuation mark counts! by Lynne Truss
Punctuation Celebration by Elsa Knight Bruno
Hairy, Scary, Ordinary: What Is an Adjective? (Words Are Categorical) by Brian P. Cleary (Other books in this series not listed here).
If You Were a Homonym or a Homophone (Word Fun) by Nancy Loewen (Other books in this series. Not all the same author).
Penny and the Punctuation Bee by Moira Donohue
The Punctuation Station by Brian P. Cleary
